In 1993, the Conseil Général de Seine et Marne acquired 9 hectares of the 14-hectare Malécot meadow in Boissise-le-Roi.
This will ensure the preservation of a natural area on the banks of the Seine, close to the town's old centre. This meadow offers an original landscape, situated between the Seine and a pond. The pond, originally formed by an old branch of the Seine, is now fed by the Mare Aux Evées stream, which comes from the Fontainebleau forest.
All year round.
Free access.
