La Maison Gabriac is a superb house tastefully decorated with antique furniture and objects. Fully equipped house with separate entrance, secure private parking, pretty terrace and relaxation area. ARRIVAL 16H. DEPARTURE 10am, including weekends.
Extra charge for early arrival or delayed departure (these two options are available only when possible, for a fee of €120 each): to be booked as soon as possible and paid on site to the owners. Ground floor: Entrance hall with storage space, fitted kitchen, utility room (freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer). Spacious living room. TV. Spacious shower room. 1 separate WC. First floor: - bedroom with 1 double bed (140) and adjoining bedroom with 2 single beds (90), which can be converted into a double bed (180)

- one bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm), also available as a 180cm bed.
Bathroom with shower and bath. Separate WC.
Second floor: bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm), decorated for children with blackboard and play tent. - Included in the price: WIFI. Heating and electricity. Bed linen. Household linen. Cleaning package. Cot. High chair. Tea, coffee, basic groceries, hygiene products and eco-responsible cleaning products (washing powder, dishwasher tablets, etc.). - Optional services: Pet: €10/day and €30 cleaning charge for the pet. Drive option: we take care of your shopping for you (5€/Drive). Hire of crashpads (10€/day or 50€/week, with a deposit of 100€/crashpad).
