Welcome to the Yellow House! This spacious and charming gîte is located in a small village which has retained its rural character, a stone's throw from the castles of Vaux le Vicomte and Blandy les Tours.
Perfect for visiting the many tourist sites available to you, exploring the surrounding countryside or simply recharging your batteries in the summer around the swimming pool.

Thanks to its proximity to major roads, it is also an ideal choice for your business trips throughout the year.

The careful selection of furniture and antique objects, taken from the treasures of the family attics and re-imagined, as well as the vast spaces, help to create a warm and authentic atmosphere, for a successful getaway. On the ground floor: Beautiful living space including the dining kitchen with its beautiful oak farm table and all the equipment necessary to concoct delicious little dishes, a large living room, overlooking the garden and the swimming pool facing south, with 2 sofas, armchairs, coffee table, TV and desk area, and a toilet.
Upstairs: Three bedrooms (Blue Room with a 180x200 bed, a 90x190 bed and private bathroom, Red Room with 3 90x200 beds and White Room with a 180x200 bed), bathroom and a toilet independent. Baby equipment on request (bed and high chair). WIRELESS To note :

You have a garden with terrace and private swimming pool (unheated) to cool off on sunny days (open from mid-May to the end of September depending on the weather). An awning, with garden furniture, adds a charming touch for unforgettable outdoor meals. - In addition: Hot water/gas heating package all year round (package 5 to 15 €/day) - Tourist tax
