The "Clos des Lilas" is a charming communal gîte in the village of Maincy known for its magnificent Château de Vaux le Vicomte, ideally located 48 km from Disneyland Paris, 21 km from the Château de Fontainebleau and 10 km from the Château de Blandy les Tours. . It is an independent gîte, with enclosed grounds consisting of a large courtyard at the front and a beautiful terrace at the back with garden furniture and barbecue. Non-smoking cottage
The ground floor is composed of an entrance, a large fully equipped American kitchen of 25 m²; a large 25m² living room with sofa, armchairs, library and TV; a bedroom with 2 90x190 beds accessible to disabled people with its bathroom and WC, and a separate WC.
Upstairs: two bedrooms each with 1 double bed (140x190); two bedrooms each with 2 single beds (90x190), 2 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets. - Included in the price: sheets, heating, cleaning. Baby bed and chair on request. - In addition: Tourist tax - Optional services: Bathroom linen rental (€4/person) to be paid to the reservation service before your stay if you wish. DEPOSIT: amount €1000. Bank check to be made payable to “Net Propreté” (or in cash) to be given on arrival. NO companies or business trips.
