Buon Appetito

Buon Appetito aims to bring real Italian pizzas to pizza lovers in Melun. Here, the pizzas are served in a single size, 33 cm, the standard diameter in Italy. The tomato-based pizzas are hearty. The Parma pizza comes to mind, with slices of Parma ham and shavings of Parmigiano, as well as other more 'ordinary' ingredients. There's also the Bresaola pizza, with Grison meat as the main topping. Cream-based pizzas are slightly reminiscent of French cuisine, despite the presence of Italian ingredients such as Coppa or Gorgonzola. Finally, the pizzeria offers soufflés, pastas, sandwiches and lasagne, all of which can be ordered from the menu.
