L'Estaminet de la ferme recreates the warm atmosphere of the estaminets of Flanders and Northern France in a Brie farmhouse.
Traditional French dishes (foie gras, flambéed scallops), a buffet of starters, a dish of the day and the restaurant's flagship product: croustagne (in around twenty different versions) are prepared in a kitchen that is completely open to the rooms.
The estaminet also offers children's entertainment (story readings, etc.), weekend concerts, wooden games, etc.
