Listed as a Historic Monument, the Collegiate Church of Notre-Dame, founded by King Robert the Pious, is a fine example of 11th-century Romanesque art in Melun.
Church of Saint-Aspais
A listed Gothic church, Saint-Aspais is the largest church in Melun, with a striking "irregular trapezoidal" plan. Its sculptures, 16th-century stained glass windows and bell tower make it an exceptional church.

Abbey of Notre Dame du Lys
The Cistercian abbey of Notre Dame du Lys was founded by Saint Louis and his mother, Blanche of Castille, in 1244. The nuns moved here from Maubuisson Abbey in 1248.

The Maincy bridge
The Maincy Bridge is located in the hamlet of Trois-Moulins, near the "Moulin d'en bas". It crosses the river Almont, and was built in 1822 by Colonel Thomson to access his home (Château de Coudray).
